These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, apps, wallet features, QR payment tools, support channels, and related services made available by Remitran, Inc. and its affiliates (“Remitran,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, linking a funding source, funding a wallet, or initiating a supported payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
Certain features, corridors, payment methods, promotional programs, beta tools, partner services, regulated products, or business services may be subject to additional disclosures, service-specific terms, or partner documentation. If a supplemental agreement applies to a particular feature or service, it will also govern your use of that feature or service.
If you join a waitlist, request early access, submit your email for launch updates, or otherwise express interest in a future feature before it becomes generally available, that action alone does not create a client, customer, fiduciary, advisory, payments, or other regulated relationship between you and Remitran and does not obligate us to launch that feature or provide you access to it.
1. Definitions
Unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
- “Account” means your registered Remitran account and any associated wallet, profile, credentials, and settings.
- “Client” means any individual or entity who has an account on the Platform and uses or seeks to use the Services.
- “Counterparty” means any bank, merchant, local payment network, recipient, business, institution, partner, or other person with which the Client enters into any arrangement, contract, or agreement pursuant to or by way of the Services.
- “Force Majeure Event” includes any act, event, non-happening, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, terrorism, war, civil unrest, natural disasters, fire, flood, internet service failure, telecommunications failure, third-party outages, cyber incidents, or regulatory interruptions.
- “Platform” means the websites, apps, tools, dashboards, APIs, interfaces, and related technology launched or operated by Remitran for offering the Services.
- “Services” means the products, features, and services offered by Remitran through the Platform, including account access, wallet functionality, supported funding methods, supported QR payment flows, payment history, and related support or onboarding functions.
- “Wallet” means any balance, stored-value, or payment-related functionality made available within your Remitran account, where available.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You may use the Services only if:
- you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
- you are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law;
- you provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete registration and onboarding information; and
- you maintain that information and keep it updated.
If you register or act on behalf of a company, merchant, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
We may require identity verification, compliance review, enhanced due diligence, or additional documentation before allowing you to open, access, or continue to use an Account or feature.
Unless we expressly approve otherwise in writing, you may use the Services only for yourself or for the entity you are authorized to represent, and you may not register Accounts for another person, share Account credentials, or allow another person to use your Account as their own.
We may reject an application, decline to activate an Account, limit access to certain features, or require re-verification at any time if we are unable to verify the information you provide, if we believe additional review is appropriate, or if access would create legal, compliance, fraud, or operational risk.
3. Scope of the Services
Remitran provides a platform that may enable you to:
- create and maintain an account;
- connect or verify certain funding sources;
- fund a wallet or payment balance where available;
- scan or otherwise initiate supported QR or local payment transactions;
- view transaction history, activity, and related account information; and
- access support, onboarding, or product-related communications.
The availability of any feature depends on your location, eligibility, the relevant payment corridor, supported merchant or network acceptance, regulatory requirements, partner availability, technical readiness, and other factors. Not all Services are available to all users at all times.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, payment rail, merchant capability, region, funding source, promotional program, or Service at any time, with or without notice where permitted by law.
The Services are intended only for approved uses made available by Remitran from time to time. Your eligibility for a feature, product, corridor, or limit level may depend on your verification status, risk profile, location, partner availability, and compliance review results.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes a commitment that any particular feature, market, payout route, transaction type, funding source, reward, or service level will remain available for any specific period of time. We may impose eligibility criteria, technical prerequisites, account standing requirements, or additional service terms before enabling or continuing access.
4. Account Security and User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and devices;
- restricting unauthorized access to your Account;
- promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized use, fraud, compromise, or security incidents;
- ensuring that the information you provide remains accurate and complete; and
- using the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your Account unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may rely on instructions, permissions, approvals, or transaction requests submitted through your Account or from your authenticated devices, subject to applicable security and fraud controls.
You must maintain control over your devices, email inboxes, phone numbers, and any authentication methods linked to your Account. SMS, email, and internet-based communications may be vulnerable to spoofing, phishing, and other attacks. If you are ever unsure whether a message truly came from Remitran, you should access your Account directly through the Platform rather than relying on links or prompts contained in the message.
If you discover or suspect that your credentials, device, email, phone number, or linked funding source has been compromised, you must notify us without undue delay and take reasonable steps to secure your environment, such as updating passwords, disabling access on lost devices, and contacting your bank or card issuer where appropriate. Delays in reporting may increase the risk of loss and may affect our ability to help investigate or mitigate unauthorized activity.
5. Transaction Limits, Availability, and Risk Controls
Your use of the Services may be subject to limits on transaction volume, wallet balances, funding size, payout size, merchant acceptance, corridor access, account actions, or feature availability over a given time period.
These limits may vary depending on:
- the payment method or funding source you use;
- the level of identity verification you have completed;
- the country, corridor, partner, or merchant involved;
- fraud, compliance, or sanctions risk assessments;
- account history, dispute history, or chargeback patterns; and
- operational, technical, regulatory, or liquidity considerations.
We may change, apply, lower, raise, or remove limits at any time in our discretion, subject to applicable law.
We may also use automated and manual controls to flag, review, hold, reject, or delay activity that appears unusual or inconsistent with your historical account behavior, expected profile, or the operational requirements of our partners, merchants, banks, networks, or compliance systems.
6. Funding Sources, Wallets, and Transaction Authorizations
If the Services allow you to connect a bank account, payment card, digital wallet, or other funding source, you authorize us and our service providers or partners to use that connection to support the Services you request.
If you use a wallet, stored value, or balance feature made available by Remitran:
- you may only use that feature for lawful and authorized purposes;
- you may be subject to transaction limits, velocity limits, funding restrictions, corridor restrictions, or merchant-specific conditions;
- you remain responsible for verifying payment details before authorizing a transaction; and
- some transactions may be delayed, rejected, reversed, canceled, or unavailable based on fraud controls, technical constraints, compliance reviews, partner instructions, or network limitations.
By submitting a transaction instruction, funding request, or payment authorization, you represent that:
- you are authorized to use the selected funding source;
- the transaction information is accurate;
- you have the right to initiate the transaction;
- the transaction does not violate law, sanctions, or applicable payment network rules; and
- you understand that some payment instructions may become difficult or impossible to cancel once submitted to a relevant bank, processor, network, or merchant.
Remitran may refuse, delay, or block any funding instruction, withdrawal, reversal, refund, or payment request if we reasonably believe it involves error, fraud, sanctions risk, unlawful conduct, technical issues, insufficient information, or non-compliance with these Terms or applicable law.
You are responsible for reviewing all transaction details before submission, including the recipient, merchant, bank, account, QR code, amount, corridor, and funding source. If you provide incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or mismatched information, a transaction may fail, be delayed, be sent to the wrong destination, or become difficult or impossible to recover.
Any estimate regarding delivery speed, settlement timing, merchant acceptance, funding completion, or payout completion is informational only unless we expressly state that a timing commitment applies. Processing timelines may depend on banking hours, weekends, holidays, cutoff times, local network rules, partner processing windows, fraud screening, and regulatory review.
If you authorize recurring, delayed, or future-dated activity that is supported by the Services, you authorize us to process that activity in accordance with your instructions and the applicable feature settings until it expires, is completed, or is canceled where cancellation remains available.
7. Errors, Investigations, Reversals, and Chargebacks
You agree to cooperate with us in connection with any transaction review, payment investigation, merchant inquiry, refund, reversal, error resolution, fraud investigation, or chargeback process.
Where permitted by law and applicable partner rules, we may:
- place a hold on funds, balances, or payments while a matter is reviewed;
- delay settlement, payout, or refund activity;
- reverse or cancel a transaction where there is an error, duplicate, fraud concern, technical issue, or legal or compliance requirement;
- recover amounts you owe us by offsetting against available balances or amounts otherwise payable to you; and
- request documents, confirmations, or other information reasonably needed to investigate the issue.
You remain responsible for losses, fees, reversals, chargebacks, penalties, or partner claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your unauthorized or improper use of the Services, or inaccurate information you submit.
You authorize us, where reasonably necessary, to communicate with counterparties, merchants, banks, networks, funding providers, payout providers, card issuers, or service providers in connection with a dispute, refund, failed payment, mistaken transfer, or fraud investigation. We are not required to pursue every recovery option, and we cannot guarantee that a reversal, chargeback challenge, recall, or recovery request will succeed.
Refunds, credits, reversals, or adjustments may be made to your original funding source, your Remitran balance where available, or another method permitted by the relevant payment rail or partner rules. Timing may vary significantly depending on the underlying provider or financial institution.
8. Fees, Pricing, Foreign Exchange, and Taxes
You are responsible for all fees, charges, spreads, exchange-rate impacts, taxes, duties, levies, and third-party costs associated with your use of the Services unless we expressly state otherwise.
Where applicable, Remitran may display fees, convenience charges, exchange information, limits, or other pricing information before you confirm a transaction. Those amounts may depend on corridor, funding source, merchant, payment type, timing, partner costs, and market conditions.
You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes arising from your use of the Services, except to the extent Remitran is required by law to collect, withhold, or remit taxes.
You are also responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, or reporting obligations arising from prizes, promotional benefits, merchant payments, or other benefits you receive through the Services unless the law requires us to handle them differently.
Where a quote, exchange rate, conversion estimate, or pricing preview is shown, it may be time-limited and may expire or change before you complete the transaction. Unless we expressly state otherwise, an exchange rate or quoted amount is not locked until the relevant transaction is accepted by us or our partners for processing.
Your bank, card issuer, wallet provider, telecommunications provider, or other third party may also charge fees, foreign transaction charges, overdraft fees, data charges, SMS charges, or other amounts that are not controlled by Remitran and may not appear in the pricing information we display.
9. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Services to:
- violate any applicable law, regulation, sanctions program, court order, or governmental requirement;
- infringe the rights of Remitran, our users, merchants, partners, or any third party;
- engage in fraud, deception, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or other illicit conduct;
- submit false, misleading, forged, or inaccurate information;
- misuse the Services, reverse engineer the Platform, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or accounts;
- introduce malicious code, bots, worms, scrapers, or other harmful or abusive tools;
- interfere with the operation, availability, security, or integrity of the Platform;
- use the Services for transactions involving prohibited goods, services, destinations, or activities; or
- use the Services in any manner inconsistent with these Terms, applicable laws, partner restrictions, or product disclosures.
Without limiting the foregoing, you may not:
- create multiple accounts to evade controls, limits, or enforcement actions;
- use the Services on behalf of another person without authorization;
- exploit, manipulate, or abuse promotional campaigns, waitlists, referral programs, or rewards;
- scrape, collect, extract, or republish content or data from the Platform except as expressly permitted;
- use the Services to test stolen credentials, routing information, or payment instruments;
- interfere with reviews, investigations, or account restrictions; or
- use the Services in a way that competes unfairly with, copies, or benchmarks the Platform in violation of law or contract.
We may investigate suspected violations, cooperate with law enforcement and regulators, and take any action we reasonably deem appropriate, including reporting, blocking, suspending, limiting, or terminating access.
10. Compliance, Verification, and Monitoring
To provide the Services and comply with law, we may:
- verify your identity and eligibility;
- request updated documents or additional information;
- monitor account and transaction activity;
- screen users, counterparties, and activity against sanctions, fraud, or risk signals;
- limit access to certain features pending review; and
- reject, suspend, reverse, or block certain activities.
If you do not provide requested information when required, or if we are unable to verify you to our satisfaction, we may be unable to open your Account, complete a transaction, or continue providing the Services.
You authorize us, directly or through our service providers, to make any inquiries we reasonably deem necessary to validate your identity, confirm your eligibility, protect against fraud, satisfy compliance obligations, investigate disputes, or manage risk. Subject to applicable law, such inquiries may include checks of public databases, sanctions lists, financial institutions, payment networks, fraud-prevention services, identity providers, and other information sources.
You agree that information you provide may be compared with information from third-party sources and that we may take actions based on the results of those reviews, including applying holds, declining activity, or requesting additional documentation.
11. Third-Party Services and Linked Accounts
The Services may rely on or integrate with third-party providers, including identity vendors, payment processors, banks, local payment networks, merchants, analytics providers, and account connectivity providers such as Plaid.
If you choose to connect a financial account through Plaid, your use of that connection may also be subject to Plaid’s terms and privacy disclosures, including Plaid’s End User Privacy Policy.
Remitran is not responsible for third-party products, sites, services, terms, content, delays, failures, outages, or acts or omissions beyond our reasonable control. Your relationship with any third-party provider may be governed by separate agreements between you and that provider.
If you authorize a third party to access your Account or interact with the Services on your behalf, you remain responsible for the acts and omissions of that third party to the fullest extent permitted by law. You may be able to revoke some permissions through your account settings or by contacting support, but previously initiated actions may still proceed if they are already in process.
App marketplaces, mobile device manufacturers, internet service providers, wireless carriers, operating system providers, merchants, banks, and local payment networks are not parties to these Terms merely because their products or services are used in connection with the Platform.
12. Website Accuracy and Informational Materials
Although we aim to provide accurate, timely, and complete information on the Platform, some information, content, guides, support materials, FAQs, pricing examples, historical data, feature descriptions, and third-party information may contain delays, inaccuracies, omissions, or typographical errors.
Information made available through the Platform is provided for general informational purposes only and may be changed or updated without notice. You are responsible for independently reviewing any information that is material to your decision-making, and you should not rely solely on informal summaries, examples, estimates, blog content, or marketing copy.
Remitran is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of information supplied by merchants, banks, networks, payment partners, data providers, analytics providers, or other third parties.
Screenshots, examples, support guidance, launch announcements, and product descriptions are provided for convenience and illustration. They may describe functionality that is limited, pre-release, geo-restricted, deprecated, or unavailable to your Account.
13. Promotions, Beta Features, and Experimental Services
From time to time, Remitran may offer promotional programs, contests, referral campaigns, limited-access tools, beta features, pilot corridors, or early-release products. Such offerings may be subject to separate rules, eligibility requirements, geographic limits, feature limitations, withdrawal at any time, and additional disclaimers.
Unless we expressly state otherwise:
- promotions are not guaranteed and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time;
- beta and pilot features are provided on an “as available” and potentially incomplete basis;
- promotional benefits may be forfeited if we detect abuse, fraud, ineligibility, or non-compliance; and
- separate promotion-specific terms will control if they conflict with these Terms for that promotion.
Eligibility for a promotion or incentive may depend on timing, account standing, completion of identity verification, successful completion of qualifying actions, geographic availability, or compliance review. We may withhold, revoke, or recover promotional benefits if we determine that they were granted in error, obtained through abuse, or connected to activity that violates these Terms or any separate promotion rules.
14. User Content, Feedback, and Submissions
Certain features may allow you to submit text, files, merchant information, support materials, feedback, survey responses, images, or other content to us (“Your Content”).
You represent and warrant that:
- you own or control the rights necessary to provide Your Content;
- Your Content is accurate, lawful, and not misleading;
- Your Content does not infringe the rights of any third party; and
- providing Your Content does not violate law, contract, or confidentiality obligations.
We may remove, reject, review, preserve, or disclose Your Content where reasonably necessary to operate the Services, comply with law, investigate misuse, or enforce these Terms.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, requests, product comments, or similar materials, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation to you.
To the extent necessary for us to operate, improve, secure, and support the Services, you grant Remitran a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, transmit, review, and otherwise use Your Content in connection with providing the Services, complying with law, resolving disputes, and enforcing these Terms.
15. Intellectual Property
The Platform, Services, branding, software, designs, content, interfaces, workflows, documentation, and related materials are owned by Remitran or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other applicable laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Remitran grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.
You may not:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform or Services;
- remove or alter proprietary notices;
- use Remitran’s names, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent; or
- use the Services to build or assist a competing product or service in violation of law or contract.
If you provide suggestions, feedback, ideas, or other comments about the Services, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation to you.
16. Confidentiality
You acknowledge that non-public information concerning the Platform, Services, business operations, product plans, pricing arrangements, technical architecture, and related business information may be confidential.
You agree not to disclose or use such confidential information except as necessary for your authorized use of the Services or as required by law.
17. Electronic Communications and Notices
By using the Services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email, push notification, in-product message, SMS where permitted, or by posting notices through the Platform.
You agree that electronic communications may satisfy legal communication requirements, including that such communications may constitute notices, disclosures, agreements, or records in writing to the extent permitted by law.
You are responsible for keeping your contact details current and for maintaining access to the email addresses, devices, and phone numbers associated with your Account.
You are responsible for any internet access, data, roaming, mobile messaging, or similar charges imposed by your provider in connection with your use of the Services or receipt of electronic communications from us.
18. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal information. By using the Services, you acknowledge that we may process information as described in the Privacy Policy and as otherwise permitted or required by law.
Where the Services involve regulated activities, identity verification, account connectivity, partner onboarding, or payment processing, we may also rely on service providers and partners to process information on our behalf or in their own role as applicable.
Our Privacy Policy and any applicable supplemental privacy notices are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not consent to our handling of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, you should not use the Services.
19. No Professional Advice
The Services, Platform, support materials, blog posts, educational materials, FAQs, account information, and communications from us are not legal, tax, accounting, fiduciary, investment, or financial advice.
You are solely responsible for evaluating whether the Services are appropriate for your circumstances and for obtaining independent professional advice where needed.
20. Availability, Suspension, and Termination
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, available in every location, or compatible with every device, funding source, or payment corridor.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to all or part of the Services immediately if:
- we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law;
- we detect suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity;
- we are required to do so by law, regulation, partner instruction, court order, or competent authority;
- your use presents legal, security, operational, reputational, or compliance risk; or
- continued service becomes impracticable due to a Force Majeure Event, technical failure, partner issue, or business decision.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Termination or suspension does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before the effective date of termination, including payment obligations, indemnity obligations, intellectual property protections, and provisions that by their nature are intended to survive.
We may preserve certain account data, transaction records, audit logs, legal records, communications, and compliance materials after suspension or termination as required or permitted by law and our policies.
21. Dormant Accounts and Unclaimed Property
If your Account becomes inactive for an extended period, we may place restrictions on certain activity, require updated information before reactivation, close the Account, or take other steps permitted by law and our operational policies.
Where applicable law requires, balances, credits, or property associated with dormant or abandoned Accounts may be reported and remitted to the relevant governmental authority in accordance with unclaimed property, escheat, or similar laws.
22. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REMITRAN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR QUIET ENJOYMENT.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING:
- we do not guarantee that any transaction will be accepted, completed, settled, or reversible;
- we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform or Services;
- we do not guarantee the availability of any merchant, network, corridor, or funding source;
- we are not responsible for goods or services offered by merchants or other third parties; and
- nothing in the Services constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice.
23. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REMITRAN AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REMITRAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSSES ARISING FROM:
- delays, outages, or interruptions caused by banks, networks, merchants, service providers, regulators, or other third parties;
- unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect credentials or devices;
- fraud, scam, or social-engineering activity not caused by Remitran’s wilful misconduct;
- merchant disputes, goods or services not provided by Remitran, or disputes between you and a Counterparty; or
- Force Majeure Events.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REMITRAN’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO REMITRAN IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD 100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
You acknowledge that many aspects of the Services depend on third-party banking infrastructure, telecommunications systems, device security, merchant systems, and local payment networks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by the failure, delay, compromise, or unavailability of those external systems unless the loss is caused directly by our breach of non-waivable legal obligations.
24. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Remitran and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, partners, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
- your use of the Services;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your violation of any applicable law or third-party right;
- information or materials you submit through the Services; or
- your dealings with any merchant, recipient, partner, or other Counterparty.
25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Subject to applicable law, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, United States, for the resolution of disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
You and Remitran agree that any claim for injunctive or equitable relief to protect confidential information, intellectual property, security interests, or platform integrity may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction, without limiting any other rights or remedies available under applicable law.
26. Changes to the Terms
We may revise, modify, or amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, risk controls, or business operations. Updated Terms will become effective when posted, unless a different effective date is stated.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you must stop using the Services.
27. Recordkeeping and Audit Cooperation
We may maintain records of account activity, transaction activity, instructions, verifications, consents, disputes, support communications, compliance reviews, and other interactions relating to the Services.
If reasonably required in connection with fraud prevention, compliance, legal process, partner obligations, or an internal investigation, you agree to cooperate with us and provide relevant information, documents, or confirmations.
28. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with any supplemental terms, policies, and disclosures that apply to the Services, form the complete agreement between you and Remitran regarding the Services.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.
- Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a corporate transaction, reorganization, or by operation of law.
- Interpretation. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to “including” mean “including without limitation.”
- Order of precedence. If separate service-specific terms, partner disclosures, promotion rules, or product notices apply to a feature you use, those materials control over these Terms only to the extent of the conflict and only for that feature or program.
- Third-party beneficiaries. Except as expressly stated otherwise, these Terms do not create rights in favor of any third party.
- Survival. Provisions that by their nature should survive suspension or termination of the Services will survive, including provisions relating to fees owed, investigations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, recordkeeping, governing law, and dispute-related obligations.
